Yes! Working up a healthy sweat will release toxins through your pores. Just be smart about it. Listen to your body and don’t over do it. We recommend brisk walks and yoga!

While cleanses are a great way to boost your health, we don’t recommend them to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. During this time, it's important your body is getting sufficient calories to meet the developmental needs of the growing baby in your belly as well as milk production while breastfeeding. When in doubt, consult your doctor first!

Drink lots of water during a Cleanse! Cleanses are meant to be just juice but if you need a little "something" you can try a handful of nuts, half of an avocado or a glass of salt water. We recommend removing all caffeine and alcohol during a Cleanse.

Raw juice is as nature intended, full of phyto-nutirents, vitamins, and enzymes.

A more balanced pH (we tend to have very acidic bodies with modern-day diets) through the alkalizing properties of natural fruits & veggies, especially leafy green vegetables, increased mental clarity and energy, clearer and glowing skin over time, organ and tissue cleansing, weight management, the list goes on. The best results come with prolonged healthy habits but small changes, like one juice a day, will make the world a difference.

Raw juice will last 24-48h hours in the fridge. Frozen juice will last up to 3 months in the freezer. Once the juice is defrosted, it will last 24-48 hours in the refrigerator.

We do not pasteurize or High Pressure Process our products. Our juices are made on demand and should be consumed as soon as possible. For frozen juices we flash freeze them because it is the best way to keep the beneficial vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes in tact. Pasteurization and other juice preservation techniques like HPP destroy or degrade the inherent nutritional content of the juice. Enzymes in particular, which are vital for transporting nutrients, repairing tissues, removing toxins, and more, are totally decimated by pasteurization and HPP.

We use no meats, cheese, or milk. The animal products that find their way into our kitchen are organic raw honey.These are all optional for smoothies. We are happy to replace raw honey with agave or dates.

We use no gluten in any of our juices or smoothies. We do however use vegan Bartizan sourdough bread for our made-to-order avocado toast and almond butter toast.

You can drop off bottles at any Tokyo Juice location for ¥100/bottle refund. Please be sure the bottles are clean and sanitized and returned with the lids.*bottle pickup from delivery man is not included
